Return policy
To be eligible for a return, please send a return request to hello@bompompom.com with a reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. A return request must be initiated within 30 days of shipment date. We will not accept any returns if it's been more than 30 days since the date of shipment.
Once returns are accepted you will receive an email with return instructions. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send any items until your return request is accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping - we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
